Q. What about HM Customs and VAT returns?

A. To ensure that all transactions meet with VAT requirements and HM Customs it is a mandatory that you are able to supply a summarised monthly return of all goods despatched, we handle all incoming goods on your behalf as we are an approved authorised trader and have responsibilities to ensure that all goods are verified and any import duties are paid in turn we obtain goods as soon as they arrive thus speeding up your goods to your customers.

Q. How do we get our products to you?

A. Local freight agents or UK couriers can collect palletised items direct from your suppliers, which are then transferred via Portsmouth to Jersey daily or sent to us direct from overseas.

Q. How is the ordering data transferred to you?

A. Using the email system or directly from your website we can download address databases and produce invoices efficiently and securely.

Q. Is this information secure?

A. We are required under data protection laws to handle this information securely and are fully registered.

Q. What do you charge for the pick & pack operation?

A. We are Unique as we charge a one off price per package irrespective of the number of picks involved

Q. Do you offer any additional services?

A. Yes, we offer competitive rates on the generation of mail shots or advertising literature, which can be inserted into each pack.

Q. What kind of products can you process?

A. For you to obtain the most from what we offer, we would encourage products such as computer and phone consumables, Ink related products, memory, gadgets, cosmetics, hosiery and collectibles items.

Q. What about packing materials?

A. These are incorporated in your pick and pack price, but we supply a wide range for bespoke items.

Q. How are the items delivered and what is the charge?

A. We send out all items daily by 1st Class post, postage is charged at commercial rates

Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes whilst your goods are in our care they are fully insured at competitive rates and are charged on a monthly basis.
